These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to visitors and clients who use the Lupiapps website and services. By using the website, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Lupiapps is a digital agency offering mobile app development, web platforms, SaaS product development, enterprise software solutions, brand & UX/UI design, and maintenance and growth services.

2. Agreements

Quotes obtained through the website are not binding. To use our services, a separate signed service agreement is required. That agreement sets out scope, schedule, payment plan, deliverables and intellectual property rights explicitly.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise in the agreement, the source code, design files and brand materials produced by Lupiapps are transferred to the client once payment is complete. Website content (logo, brand, blog articles) belongs to Lupiapps and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. User obligations

• Provide accurate and current information,
• Do not misuse the contact form or chat channels,
• Do not submit unlawful content,
• Do not engage in activity that harms the security of the site.

5. Third-party links

External links on our site are provided for information only. Lupiapps is not responsible for the content of those sites.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". Lupiapps does not warrant that the site will run without interruption or be free of errors, and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages or for events of force majeure.

7. Payment and refunds

Service payments are made according to the schedule set out in the agreement. Work that has been started and completed is not refundable. Where the client cancels, any refund of payments already made is subject to the conditions stated in the agreement.

8. Confidentiality

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The competent courts and enforcement offices are those of Istanbul.

10. Changes

Lupiapps may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page. Registered clients are notified of significant changes.
